Ar. Shashank Phadke, Principal Architect and Co-Founder, has over three decades of experience and is one of PCMC’s most influential architects. He has led acclaimed housing, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects focused on end-user satisfaction and urban aesthetics. His notable works include the Air Force Naval Housing Board, PCMC zonal office, and innovative public projects like the octroi posts at Nigdi and Wakad.
A strong advocate for urban development, Shashank helped shape PCMC’s development control rules and represented the city’s architects in key policy forums. Early in his career, he worked with renowned architect Charles Correa on projects such as IUCAA Pune and Dona Sylvia in Goa.
He holds licenses from PMC, PCMC, New Town Development Authority, and Dehu Road Cantonment, and is a member of the Council of Architects, AESA, and the PCMC architect panel. A former chairman of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Shashank remains an active Rotarian inspiring future architects.

Ar. Manisha Phadke is a creative force behind Solespace, shaping the artistic and functional language of modern urban architecture in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. With a background rooted in a highly educated and supportive family, Manisha’s passion for design and innovation has seen her work with distinguished clients such as P. N. Gadgil, G. L. Raheja, Symbiosis, and Birla Global Finance, as well as leading educational and residential institutions.
Her approach blends global inspiration with local sensibility, always seeking new trends and sustainable solutions that add lasting value to every project. Manisha’s collaborative spirit and commitment to inclusive, end-user centric design have helped Solespace deliver landmark developments that enhance the city’s landscape and community life.
Manisha’s work has been recognized by numerous honors, reflecting both her technical expertise and visionary ambition. She remains dedicated to furthering architectural education and elevating industry standards, while actively bringing creative, eco-friendly spaces to life.

Ar. Dhruv Phadke, second-generation leader of Solespace Architects, brings over five years of experience with a focus on sustainable, innovative, and socially responsible design.
His portfolio includes high-rise residential developments, commercial projects, institutional facilities, and government infrastructure—each marked by functionality, aesthetics, and environmental stewardship.
Dhruv serves as a Core Committee Member of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Pune Chapter and Environment Chairman for Rotary District 3131, promoting green building practices and community-led environmental initiatives.
Through standout projects like Rotary Green Friday, he fosters collective action to reduce carbon footprints and advance sustainability.
Educated at PVP College of Architecture, Dhruv combines technical rigor and innovative thinking with deep respect for nature. His leadership propels Solespace to the forefront of architecture that balances economic value with ecological responsibility.
